Chairman Borges on Potential Legislative Action on Medicaid
COLUMBUS – Ohio Republican Party Chairman Matt Borges released the following statement on potential action by the Ohio General Assembly on Medicaid:
“Conservatives all oppose Obamacare and Ohio’s Republican leaders have helped lead that opposition. On the separate matter of Medicaid, good conservatives have worked to make the program better and engage in a healthy debate on its future. As that debate nears closure, one way or the other, our next, shared missions are furthering Ohio’s emerging economic recovery and overcoming the challenges the Democrats’ ideas present to our freedoms, our economy, and the well-being of Ohioans.”
